Business Support Officer

SALARY: £34,000 PER ANNUM PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS
Richmond American University London is seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Support Officer to join our Business Development team, providing operational and administrative support across a range of activities, with a particular focus on the coordination and delivery of the University’s Summer School programme.
The Business Support Officer will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Summer School, including scheduling, logistics, participant communications and liaison with internal departments and external suppliers. The role will also support the University’s engagement with the China market, assist with the coordination and publication of partnership-related content, and provide bilingual Mandarin/English support for events, meetings, visits and official engagements.
This is a varied role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects in a busy, international environment. You will be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with previous experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. Experience supporting events or programmes is essential, while previous experience within higher education or international education would be an advantage.
